‘My Choice, My Story’ is a compassionate platform that shines a rare and vulnerable light on women who feel compelled to share their stories of unexpected pregnancy. It is a place where women who are currently facing a pregnancy decision or have made one in the past, can find tangible resources and support. The women in these videos want to share their stories to help those who may be feeling isolated or alone.
*All of these videos are unscripted and represent what each woman wanted to share.

If you just found out you are pregnant, you have time to decide and explore your options. It’s important for you to process your unique circumstances and receive accurate medical education and compassionate care as you are faced with making a life-altering decision.

Counseling After Abortion – Individual counseling and/or group support for those experiencing mixed emotions after a pregnancy termination. Virtual groups are held from 9:00-10:30 AM the 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month. In-person groups are held in Denver, CO from 5:30-7:30 PM the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of every month.
Her Choice to Heal – Online, self-paced after-abortion modules to work through.
Abortion Changes You – Interactive resources for reflection and healing under the page titled “Healing Pathways.”
SaveOne – A spiritual-based site with safe and non-judgemental online groups for men and women who have personally experienced abortion or have been deeply affected by this choice.
InternationalHelpline – You can call and talk with someone ready to listen to your story. Provides a 24/7 international helpline to call – 1.866.482.5433.
She Found His Grace – Understands that the experience of abortion can be complex and emotionally challenging. This page is dedicated to providing a supportive environment for those seeking healing after abortion.
Surrendering the Secret – Designed to help women (and men) heal from the hurt of abortion. Abortion affects people from all walks of life. STS provides resources for women who have had abortions.
Through a national network of support, you can find a pregnancy center near you that will help you explore your pregnancy options.
