Eligibility
Alternatives offers employees regularly scheduled to work 24 hours a week or more a comprehensive health insurance package, including PPO medical and dental. These benefits start the first day of the month after 60 days of employment.
Medical
We offer a choice of plans to our employees. These include Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and HSA.
Dental
We offer a Cigna dental plan with a $1200 annual benefit per person.
Paid Time Off
Employees who are regularly scheduled 16 hours a week or more begin earning PTO at the start of employment and may use it at any time.

Alternatives designates nine paid holidays throughout the year.

Offered on a group and individual basis to Client Services staff and medical professionals by a Licensed Professional Counselor. For Directors of Client Services seeking counseling licensure, these hours go toward state requirements.

HERE ARE THE CURRENT OPENINGS ON OUR TEAM:
Position Classification: Full-Time, Non-Exempt –$22.00 – $24.00 per hour, In-person Job
Position Summary: We’re seeking a versatile and creative team member to support our communications and marketing efforts across all platforms, digital and print. This role combines design, analytics, and content creation to help us tell compelling stories and effectively engage our audience. Ideal candidates want to use their skills in a faith-based environment that serves the community with compassion and a high standard of care, unified in the belief that every life, born and preborn, has inherent worth and dignity.
Education/Experience Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
- Experience with back-end web design
- Proficient in Google Analytics and Google Ads
- Strong understanding of branding and visual storytelling
- Experience with copyediting
- Ability to collaborate effectively and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- Nonprofit experience
- Experience with photography/videography
- Basic understanding of video editing for social media platforms

Position Classification: Hybrid, Part Time – 25 hours a week – Non-exempt, $22.00 per hour
Position Summary: The Position is responsible for answering Helpline calls and scheduling appointments across all clinic locations. Communication with Client Services and Medical Teams regarding scheduling. Follow up with online patient submissions that come in during shift. Audit online submissions and Helpline forms to ensure accurate data collection. Monitor and respond to incoming texts for support, intervention, or follow-up.
Education/Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- University/college degree is an asset
- Previous administrative and/or scheduling experience preferred
Preferred:
- Spanish Speaking
